DAY 8 - We hit the Hayride
Today we drove from East Tex to Shreveport and toured the hallowed halls of the Louisiana Hayride where Elvis made one of his legendary performances on November 7th, 1954. An auditorium with landmark status, you can find the Hayride on Elvis Presley Ave in Shreveport. We took in some local Cajun cuisine and hit the road for Mississippi, where we are tonight. Tomorrow it's off to Tupelo and you all best know what that means by now.
And, oh yeah. We went to a gator farm and hung out with some gators, llamas and a very small zebra. Good times.
WE ARE EXPERIENCING TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES thus no vids or pics today. Hope to be back up with the multi-media tomorrow.

Well Ladies, quite the ride! Holy smokes! Erica, I love the hair in your picture, wicked! (hey, i'm from Bawston). It's amazing and yet understandable that so many people stil worship at his alter. There are so many kind of subcultures in this country, you're out living it and exposing us corporate drones to they ecletic and entertaining! THANK YOU!! I'm so glad I can be along for the ride!
Not to worry, I'll make sure to check in after a couple glasses of wine next time. It's when I'm at my self-perceived wittiest!
Lots of love!
